Blustery Fall night
As I was driving this evening it really felt and looked like fall. The crisp cool air, the wind blowing and my favorite, watching the leaves fall to the ground. I almost wanted to go find a park and twirl around as the leaves fell around me or find a fireplace and curl up with a good book and read the night away. But since I have homework to do I thought I better go find a coffee shop to sit in and do my work. I did not make a very wise choice in my choosing I went to Third Place books and they are having a concert here tonight. Although it is fun to listen to I don’t get much work done. There are many different people that come and watch this function families, couples, singles, teens, the young and the old. What is real cute is all the little kids dancing to this Irish sounding band trying so hard to do the Celtic dancing

yeah, there is something about the fall weather that isn't condusive to hittin' the books. I would have loved to hear the band tonight ~ I probably would have embarrassed (SP?) you trying to do the dancing with the kids :>! Have a wonderful weekend!
Doug and Peggy are off bright and early tomorrow morn. They're excited. We spent the evening with them last night - we were all dweebin'.
Listening to big band / swing music for the evening! The girls had a "Sister Day" today and we are on the tail end. They had a tea party, watched a movie, did facials and a bubble bath (in their swimsuits), lit candles everywhere and ate way too much candy! Bud was gone all day learning the power point technology for service tomorrow and serving at a youth fund raiser. Minda went to see Wallace and Grommit, by herself, for the first time, with a group of little friends. They giggled their way through! It's been rainy and then so hot I can't hardly stand it. I spent most of the day with Mom. She came to women's brunch and we picked up the last of the harvest of produce at Farmer's Market, went to the used bookstore, and THE BAKERY!! I had Cranberry Oatmeal giant cookies. They tasted like Autumn!
