DPP day 10 and 11

Yet again I am a couple days behind here are day 10 and 11 I will hopefully get to 12 later today! Here are a few pictures from my recent trip to a small Bavarian village in Central Washington! So much fun but so many people. My friend and I went during one of their busiest seasons. We got stuck in a people jam! We had so much fun looking around and trying on hats!

This is a picture of the taffy puller in the taffy shop. We both bought lots of taffy. So yummy!

We saw these guys heading down the road to the tree lighting ceremony. We never did here them play.

DPP Day 9

Birthday gathering for a friend. Great time celebrating Kristin's birthday. Had to have a quick picture with all the pretty lights in the background!

DPP Day 8

This is Snowflake Lane. Every night between Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve there is a little parade of drummer boys, fun lights and snow falling(Bubbles). I got a picture what it looks like when you drive down the road at night. Very pretty!

DPP Day 7 Christmas Play

This is the project I have been working on for the last 2 and a half months. This is the set of the play we just finished "The Unexpected Gift" an original screen play written and directed by Mary Staab. I did not build all the fake walls but I was the props manager and also a stage hand during the performance.

This was a very fun project to work on but a lot of work. It is a bittersweet moment to be done. I will now have more free time but I will miss seeing all the cast and crew. I met new people, spent time working with those who have I have been doing this for awhile with and got to know some other people better. There was much laughter and even some tears. It has been such a blessing to work with so many of these crew and cast. My prayer is that each of us will keep praying for the seeds that were sown today in the hearts of people who came to watch this performance. Also that we grow the friendships that were started while working on this play.

DPP Day 6 Fogged in falls

One of these days I am going to post on the right day! This is a picture of Snoqualmie Falls. I decided to make a quick stop on the way to the outlet mall. It was super foggy and I could barely see the falls. There is also a building just to the left of the falls that could not be seen at all! If I remember to bring my camera in tonight I will take a picture of what has been consuming my life for the past 2 or so months!

DPP Day 5 Noel Bears

These bears belong to the people I nanny for. I think they are so cute. They each have their own little personality! There is also a running joke with these bears someone in the house often switches these bears to say "Leon"!

DPP Day 4

Yet again I am a day late in putting up my DPP . This week has been crazy as I have been involved with my churches Christmas play. Yesterday was the first performance. I had full intentions of taking some pictures during the day. My plans were foiled by being way to busy to even get my camera out of my car! So this picture is of part of the tree at a winery I went to recently.

DPP Day 3

I have been getting ready for my churches Christmas production for the past week or so. Today was the last day I had to get everything done and ready for the play. So as I was driving I look over at the park I was passing and saw this view. Even though I did not have time, I could not resist taking a few moments to catch this view.

DPP Day 2

So I forgot to put my SD card back in my camera and I was gone all day yesterday so I am posting day 2 on day 3 I will post day 3 next!

At my church we have this beautiful Christmas tree displayed in the foyer but the lighting in there did not work to well to take a picture of the whole tree so I took a picture of one of the cool Musical notes!

DPP Day 1

This shot was taken at a nearby winery. A friend and I took a tour. It was fun and I learned a lot about wine!
